MELHOP, Philip Martin:
Unexpectedly, on Sunday, January 15, 2023, at his home in the UK, aged 63 years. Dearly loved husband of Rosie, loved father of Pippa (Wellington), loved son of Eunice and the late Alan (formerly of Invercargill), loved brother of Celeste (Dunedin), and a loved uncle and cousin. A funeral service for Philip has been held in the UK. A memorial service will be held in the Athenaeum Hall,

I am so sad to hear about Phil's death. I worked with him at H E Melhop Truck Shop and we were good mates, riding motor bikes together sometimes. My condolences to Rosie, Pip, Eunice and Celeste. I intend to go to the memorial service.
