It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Peter Paisley on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Dearly loved husband and soulmate of Glenice. Loved stepfather of Derek and Rachel Salton. Loved father of Sharon, the late Jason, and Damian Paisley. Loved brother-in-law of Lyn and Robert Evans, Pauline McLeod, and Morton and Jo MacIntosh. In accordance with Peter's wishes, his body has been donated to the Anatomy Department, Otago University, for research. In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will miss you always. Dad You gave you us kids an adventurous childhood and for that we will be forever grateful. You both took us everywhere we other wise wouldnt have been. I'm so pleased we have been chatting . You will be very missed. You would be very proud of the young men your grandchildren have become. At least you had photos and info. Of them. Thinking of you Glenice, Derek and Rachel always have. Love and hugs to all that knew him and as Glenice said SAIL AWAY at least now you have no pain .
