Peter OWENS Obituary

Peter Owen´s was one of the biggest influencers in my life at a pivotal point in my last school years at St Peter´s College. Peter taught me English and shifted my thought process by his methods of teaching that has been the most important part of my younger years, which helped me develop a better logic and reasoning with my career I took in engineering. I wanted to say to his family and Penny who I went to school with too, that without Peter I wouldn´t have fought as hard nor with the right tools as provided by your father. I wish I was in Gore at time of the funeral to pay my respects.

Saddened to read of Peter's recent passing. I am convinced he is now in a better place. My memories of working with Peter many years ago were significant. Our thoughts and prayer are with you all. Regrettably, Catherine and I will be unable to attend the funeral. May God bless you all and comfort you in your loss.

I will sadly miss my old comrade going back to law school days, a very special man with a wonderfully quirky way with him and a warm heart.
