Peter CRUMP Obituary

With much sadness, yet so grateful for a life well lived, we want to let you know that Pete died on Wednesday October 9, 2024, peacefully at Dunedin Hospital ICU, aged 60 years. Pete is the dearly loved husband and best friend of Jude, much loved Dad of Madeline, Jonathan and Megan, Elias. Loved son of the late Alan and Dorothy Crump. Loved big brother and brother-in-law of Marion, Raewyn and Jason, Heather and Ron, Shirley, Alison, Janice and Dale, Elaine and Justin, Selwyn and Kylie. Loved son-in-law of John and Isla Howe and loved brother-in-law of the Howe whānau. Fun uncle of all his nieces and nephews. Pete was a loved nephew and cousin. The celebration service for Pete will be held at Central Baptist Church, Invercargill, Te Hāhi Iriiri ki te Taurapa, 11 Deveron St, on Tuesday, October 15 at 1.30pm. Messages may be sent to The Crump family at 71 Layard Street, Rosedale, Invercargill 9810. Donations, in Pete's memory, can be made to Hato Hone St John's at the service. Sending so much love, hugs and prayers to the Crump/Howe family. I have fond memories of times at Labour/Easter camps at Pukerau with Pete. Wish I could be there today but will watch from my sick bed instead. Praying for you all in the coming days/weeks.
