Peter George BOYD

Peter BOYD Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Elmswood Hospital on November 5, 2025, in his 92nd year. Adored husband of Judy, and dearly loved father and father-in-law of Hamish and Paula, Dougal and Sueanne, Andrew and Yi-Ming. Much-loved grandad of Alexandra, Tessa and Jack; Emily, William and Kate; and great-grandfather of Hugo. Special thanks to the staff of Elmswood Hospital for their kindness and care of Peter and Judy. Messages for the family may be sent to Dougal Boyd, c/- PO Box 8472, Riccarton, Christchurch, or to [email protected]. In accordance with Peter's wishes, a private cremation has been held.

So sad to read of Peter´s passing
Our family lived opposite Peter Judy & the boys in Rutherglen Ave & I used to babysit Hamish Douglas & Andrew. I think I even got my drivers licence in Judy´s Volkswagen. My thoughts are with you all at this sad time
