I wish to offer my sincere sympathy to the family of Pauline, who I had known and liked for many years. In the early 1980s I employed her as a graphic artist where her skill was enjoyed by all. She was a very talented artist and produced high quality work. My lasting memory of this was the kiwi on a bike that she created for the NZ Olympic cycling team in 1984. This was a hit in USA and the team had to use it to get many t-shirts printed to satisfy the locals. It was great to meet her agai when she moved into Golden View in recent years.RIP Pauline.

It is with great sadness we farewell Polly who passed away suddenly in Dunedin Hospital on August 21, 2023. A much loved sister and sister-in-law to Faye and Grant Stainton, aunt to Steven and Masami Lane, Jonathan Lane, Nicholas and Sarah Blampied-Lane, and Christopher Lane, great-aunt to Emma, Josh, Olivia, Flynn, Charlie, Scarlet (dec), Amelia, Sophie and Edward.
