Patricia Mary (Pat):
Passed away peacefully at Southland Hospital on Saturday, 20 May 2017, with her much loved family by her side. Loved and cherished wife of Graeme. Loving and devoted mother to Jacob and Haejin, Christina and Chad. Adored nana to Joseph, and Sophia (South Korea) and Courtney, and Benson (Invercargill). A much loved family member to all her extended family. A very special thank you to the staff at the Medical Ward, Southland Hospital for the wonderful care of Pat. A service for Pat will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox St, on Wednesday, 24 May at 2.00pm, followed by a private interment. In lieu of flowers a donation to Hospice Southland would be appreciated and may be left at the service. Messages to 89 Black Rd 9 R D, Invercargill 9879.
