Peacefully at Southland Hospital surrounded by family. Loved mum and mother-in-law of Sarah and Richard, Laura, Olivia* and Sergio. Treasured Grandma to Emilia. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Jocelyn and Nick*, Sharon and Max and Jeannie. Loved by her many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Patricia's life will be held at the Wallacetown Community Centre, 57 Dunlop Street, Wallacetown, December 22, at 2.00pm. Messages to 13 Kirkoswald Street, Wallacetown.

So sorry to here Pat passed away so quickly Sarah and Laura. Such a loss of a truly beautiful friend. I feel so far away but all my thoughts have been with you all. We are sorry Tom and I will not make your Mum's funeral but we will be there with you all in spirit.
