12.10.1933 - 15.2.2026

Suddenly on Sunday, February 15, 2026, after a brief illness. Passed peacefully in her 93rd year surrounded by the love of her whanau at Waipapa Christchurch Hospital. Mokomoko of Ratimira and Susan Te Au (nee Ballantyne); mokopuna of Alex and Pani McKay (nee Rehu); daughter of Mannie Belsham and Flo Reiri (née McKay). Devoted mother of Moana, Alex and Joe; doting Nana of 16 mokopuna; 38 mokomokopuna and 3 mokomokomokopuna. Tuesday 17: Pam will leave from Wesley Chapel in Papanui and be taken to lie at Uenuku Marae in Moeraki. Wednesday 18: Pam will be taken Te Takutai o Te Titi Marae at Oraka /Colac Bay. Thursday 19: Service at Te Takutai at 11.00am, burial at Orepuki Cemetery at 1.00pm, return to marae for kai at 3.00pm.

Sorry to hear that Pam has died. Have lots of lovely memories of her at school and also birthday parties at her home. Deepest sympathy to Moana, Alex and Joe.

Moana ,Alex and Joe My Deepest Sympathy to you at the loss of your lovely Mother. Very fond memories of Pam when you all lived at Pahia. She was involved with the community as well as the School teacher. She was very supportive of me whenI was learning to umpire Netball. Fond regards Ann Hopcroft née McPherson . I know my Mum Dorothy McPherson will have you in her thoughts as well . Mum will be 99 yrs old in May and in good health . Ann

Pam & my mother Gloria McIntosh attended Te Waipounamu Maori Girls College together, and remained friends throughout the years, especially when both living in Invercargill. It was a pleasure to know her - our deepest sympathy to the family

Sorry to read about Pam´s passing. She was my school teacher at Colac Bay school many years ago. A caring lovely lady who had not changed abit after all those years. Sorry I am unable to attend her service as we are overseas but will be thinking of you all.
