I have such fond memories of dear Uncle O.
As a kid I would love it when he got the guitar out for a singalong. I´d jump around singing and showing off and I can still hear him saying "God love ya Binny". He always had some new funny gadget, a funny toilet seat sound effect machine and a trout that sang "Don´t Worry Be Happy". He was a lovely generous man, he even gifted my son a beautiful guitar.
He had a great sense of humor and will be very sadly missed.

Owen you were a great Uncle to Daniel, Brendon and Kieran. You were always up for a chat. You adored kids and enjoyed making them happy. You were kind, and an incredibly generous Soul and one who enjoyed a laugh. The memories of singalongs and your talent with your guitar were amazing. May you rest in Peace knowing that you will always be remembered. Marg

I am so very sorry about the passing of my Uncle Owen - he was an amazing Uncle for me and my two brothers.
He was always up for a good chat, always had a bit to say about most things, lived rugby and loved league.
Some of my most memorable times include heading to the Bledisloe Cup in Sydney, Seeing Robin Williams live with Owen and My Dad (Lindsay), or fond childhood memories of Owne dressing up as Santa and looking after all the kids in the street with toys, laughs and lollies.
It's hard to think you aren't here anymore.
Fly high Owen - you are dearly missed - "GOD LOVE YA!"
