Owen passed away with his wife and daughter by his side at Nelson Hospice on April 30, 2024. Loved husband of Judith Milne, Father of Amanda and Chris Lockwood, and Grandfather of Elizabeth Lockwood. Loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle. A private service has been held.
