Norman YOUNG Obituary

Passed away peacefully in Greymouth, after a brief illness, with his loving family on March 18, 2024, aged 76. Deeply loved husband for 52 years of Sandy, loved father and father-in-law of Shaun and Michelle, and Craig, cherished grandad of Emily, and Sophie, loved son of the late Owen and Ella (Pahia), loved brother and brother-in-law of Edith and the late Ken Joyce, Robert Young (deceased) and Leone Ward, Margaret and Neil Evans, Helen and Glenn Glasson, and Andrew and Roseanne, loved brother-in-law of Graeme and the late Lorna Smith, Ray and Mary Smith, and Bruce and Mary Smith, a loved uncle, cousin and a friend of many. Messages to 19 Ridgeway Drive, Greymouth 7805. A Funeral Service to celebrate Norman's life has been held in the William Sampson Memorial Chapel, Tainui Street, Greymouth, followed by cremation on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium.

Norm you were a great mate whilst at Lincoln. We often rode tandem on my motorbike out to Lincoln. I often wondered where you got to, only now to know. So sad
