Noel McINTYRE Obituary

Suddenly at home on August 9, 2025, Noel finally hung up his high viz and kicked off his boots for the last time, aged 76. Dearly loved soulmate of 52 years of Annette. Treasured, respected and much-loved father and father-in-law of Toni McIntyre and Brent De Bres, Glen and Paula, Leah and Brent McDowall, and James and Amy. Adored Grandad Noel of Logan and Hannah, Campbell and Pip; Fletcher, and Keira McDowall: Lillie and Hayden, Phoebe and Finn, Summer and Hunter. Loved brother and brother-in-law, and a good bugger and friend to many. A service for Noel will be held on Friday, August 15, at Transport World, Tay St, Invercargill, commencing at 1.00pm. Messages to the McIntyre Family, 69 Bond St, Invercargill 9810, or may be left on Noel's tribute page at distinctfunerals.co.nz where a livestream link to the service may be found. In lieu of flowers, donations to St John would be appreciated.
