WIERING, Nick:Of Invercargill. Passed suddenly on Sunday, August 23, 2020, aged 61. Devoted partner and soulmate of Leanne. Dearly loved Dad of Kayla. Much loved brother, uncle, and friend to many. A service will be held in J Fraser & Sons' Chapel, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, on Friday, August 28, at 10.00am. Due to Covid-19 restrictions you are otherwise invited to watch the streamed service at frasersfunerals.co.nz/livestreams. Private cremation thereafter. Nick was quite a character alright - I had many conversations with him waiting for the Tiwai bus - Nick would always talk about his family here and in Aussie - I'd hear of his lovely Leanne and his face would light up with love and pride when he talked about his beautiful Kayla. Big man big heart will always remember the fun times we had at NZAS putting in the new furnace and casting facility through those projects we became good friends and you became a friend and mentor to Lee and Dave as they both commenced their journey into work life after university
You ,Leanne and Kaylah where Like a second family to Dave when we returned to the UK
I know He will be waiting at the gates to welcome a true friend with open arms
Our thoughts are with Leanne and Kaylah during this time
