Smiler, Kelly Blair and family.
Sorry to read of Ngaire's passing.
55 Years shared together, will have cemented so many loving memories of your loved friend and wife, loving Mum, Gramma and friend to many.
Smiler we remember with a smile, of good times all the Tithers, Templeton's and your family, fishing, boating and BBQ's. The most memorable day of many early YEAR'S was 1ST Saturday in May, when you boys went duck shooting, and Lenore and Ngaire hosted at Mepal Place, the girls "Duck, Southland Swede, Red King Spuds and Speights " Dinner party. Once all was organized, all dishes in oven etc, table was cleared, out came the cards, and board games which all were taken very seriously, as this was their yearly challenge. Kids all had heaps of chips, drinks and other goodies to keep them all happy. by 10pm most kids were lying around sound asleep and we were all enjoying each others company. 12 midnight we would tuck into beautifully cooked ducks etc.
those days in the 70s, 80s were a lot of fun and friendships were cemented for a life time. Our thoughts and memories are with you all, we will catch up 2026 when we come over Smiler. Love to you all. Val and Shortie Tither.
R.I.P NGAIRE.
