Neil VAN SCHAIK Obituary

Van Schaik family. My deepest condolences to you all. I never met Neil, or know the family. But I was always drawn to what an amazing man he was who was an outstanding man in our community. Reading all these wonderful messages it goes to show that Neil made such an impact not only with the people he met, but within the community. Sending love to you all.

It is with great sadness I heard of Neil's sudden death a few days ago. My heart goes out to you Raewyn as you come to terms with this enormous loss. Sending much love and prayers to you and your children.

He was part of our large neighbourhood as we grew up and Ferg had many chats with him in his profession of 30 years with Gore Ray White Real Estate.

Absolutely saddened to hear of Neil's passing, man was he cool, he sold us our first ever house and showed us around so many,being young (then) he was especially helpful in making it easy on us and told us he had kids too and wanted to get the best for us as young parents, one I remember was in a house that had an elevator and we were in it going to the below garage and he looked at us laughing and said, well this is a bit weird and he had such a hard case laugh, kind man and always went the extra mile. So much love to his wife and kids , I'm so sorry this has happened, you had such a cool Dad xx also to his work colleagues xx
