27.4.1942 – 8.12.2025

The daughter of George Karamaene Hāpuku and Hera Te Hata Paora Hāpuku (née Kunaku). Precious wife of Peter. A sister to those whom she was raised with Te Rangi Mokai, Hemi, Te Kaanu, Taiwha, Te Huhuti, George, Manukura, Rangi, Torotahi, Piripi Phillip, Orewa, Tuahine, Christine Waipani, as well as those mokopuna whom were embraced by nanny and koro as their own Georgie, Michael, Mika, Nuku, and Te-Ua. The descendants of Moke, whether born from or embraced into the whānau all of them hers, Peter Boy, Petra, Kerry, John, Rene, Tania, Rihi, Akenehi, and Reinga, her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren. Mum is laying at 9 Nightingale Street, Wyndham. A Poroporoake will be held for Naomi where you can come and share or listen to korero about her life. A service is being held on December 10, at 9 Nightingale Street, Wyndham at 11.00am, before leaving for the Wyndham Cemetery.
