Murray HARPUR Obituary

After a very courageous battle till the end, Murray passed away peacefully surrounded by love at Hospice South Canterbury, on April 10, 2025; aged 67. So dearly loved husband and best friend of Merrilyn. Dearly loved father, father-in-law and friend of Camille and Nathan, Murray and Sarah, David and Yulia, and his side kick Lucy. Dearly loved best friend of the very spoilt and naughty Leo. Dearly loved and easily conned grandad of Libby, Elijah, and Dimitri. Dearly loved son of Ken (dec) and Shona.
Dearly loved brother, brother-in-law, nephew, uncle , great-uncle, cousin, and friend to many. This journey has been made so much easier by our amazing village that rallied around us immediately when they heard of Murray's illness, please know it was really appreciated. A Service to celebrate Murray's life will be held at Aoraki Funeral Services Chapel, 160 Mountain View Road, Timaru, on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 11.00am. The journey was tough, but Murray fought till the very end.
