Deepest sympathies to Murray's family. Murray and I are first cousins and we spent a lot of time together during our childhood in Mosgiel. Murray lived with our family for a little while as well. We also caught up occasionally in our late teens and early 20's and Murray came to stay with my wife and I in Wellington once when attending a Civil Defense conference. Murray and I were in occasional contact over the last few years through Facebook and he would often send me a joke or two as he had a great sense of humour. He will be sadly missed and my heart goes out to those who loved him during this very sad time.

Deepest sympathy to Murray´s family on his sudden death. Remembering a very pleasant lunch with Murray at the Mornington Tavern about four years ago with a few family members. It was a most enjoyable catchup after many years. Rest in Peace Murray. You will always be remembered with fondness.
