In the wonderful care of the staff of Southland Hospital. Beloved only son of Tom* and Eileen Clinton of Ashburton. Much loved brother of Moira Bebbington, Lincoln. Dearly loved husband of Linda (nee Donaghy), loved father and father-in-law of Therese and Paul Gray, Maria and Shane Simpson, Paul and Kylie, Brigid Clinton and Danny Reid, Gregory and Rebecca, Antony and Sarah. Proud grandfather of his 17 grandchildren. Rosary to be recited at 7.00pm, Monday, January 27, 2025, at St Therese de Lisieux, Perth St, Invercargill. Requiem mass to be held 11.00am, on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at St Therese de Lisieux, Perth St, Invercargill. An interment at Eastern Cemetery will follow service. Message to PO Box 632, Invercargill.

To Linda and Family, Our very Deepest Sympathy.
I first met Mike when he was a very good Sheppard at Ocean Beach, in the mid sixties,when I was a Driver for Titiroa Transport.
We both became involved in the Mercantile Industry.
Mike was a very well respected and Honest agent to all of his Clients,
He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

So sorry to read of Micks passing. A shock to hear. I remember Mick from when I worked at Dougherty Dental. He was always on for a yarn and always asked how my hubby Dick (Colin Lindsay who worked with Mick in the early days at Southland Farmers). Hugs

Thank you Mike for being the wonderful and supportive brother in law and uncle for the past 52 years, you will be sadly missed by all of us, family gatherings won´t be the same without you...nodding off and being scolded by Linda!
Mike, your strength of character and determination enabled you to fight hard against a formidable disease. We admire and cherish you, RIP Mike.
