Of Mandeville and Gore. Peacefully at Gore Hospital, on Saturday, April 17, 2021, in his 90th year. Dearly loved husband of the late Helen, much loved father and father-in-law of Mervyn and Sarah (Mandeville), Neil and Raewyn (Tauranga), Graham and Kerryn (Mandeville), Clinton and Clare (Oamaru), Phillip and Tania (Fruitlands), Blair and Mary (Gore), and special grandfather and great-grandfather of Laura and Josh, Maverick, Navy, Sarah and Will, Amy; Jessica, Mark, Rebekah*; Tom*, Phoebe, Hazel; Ethan*; Damien, Jonathan, William; Bonnie, Hunter, and Harrison. Dearly loved brother, brother-in-law and Uncle.

A service for Frank will be held in St Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Ardwick Street, Gore, on Thursday, April 22 at 1.30pm, followed by interment at Charlton Park Cemetery. Donations may be left at the service for Hokonui St John. Messages to 33A Wansbeck Street, Oamaru 9400.
