STO/MECH NZ11359 RNZN. Peacefully at Resthaven Village, Gore, on Monday, August 9, 2021, in his 94th year. Dearly loved husband of the late Shirley, loved father and father-in-law of Pauline and *David Henderson, *Les, and John, loved Grandad, great-Grandad, great-great-Grandad of his grandchildren, and good friend of Brendan Potter. A private family service will be held. Mervyn's family sincerely thank Gore Medical Centre, Gore Hospital and the lovely staff of Resthaven for their care of Mervyn.
