BENNETT, Mervyn Thomas. - Peacefully on Thursday, 13 December 2012 at Southland Hospital; aged 79 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Irene, loved and respected father and father-in-law of Barry and the late Dianne; and Diana. Loved Nandaddy of Jemma, Daniel , and Regan; Nicola and Jared, Scott and Kirsty, Hayley and Mark and great-Nandaddy of Tylah, and Liam; Cayden, and Flynn. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Rose and the late Les, and the late Agnes and Ivan. A service for Mervyn will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill on Monday 17 December at 2.30pm. A private cremation will follow the service.
