Peacefully in the care of Hospice Southland, on Friday, September 13, 2024, aged 79 years. Dearly loved wife of the late David. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Kent and Katrina, and Robert. Adored Nana of Andrew, Shania, Chelsea*and Great-Nana to Sativa, Sintayah, Hunter, and Shelby. Loved sister of Richard, John, Beverley*, and Robyn. A service to celebrate Maxene's life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill on Friday, September 20, at 10.00am. Messages to 109 Main Street, Otautau 9610.

Dave an Max reunited. Great memories of yarns with them both starting in the half mile while they getting milk. Always got some cheek from Max at the service station they good people. Sid Egerton
