I first met up with Maureen, Ted and Maxi when they first got the "Sharron " The vessel was along side the wharf in the Bay and everyone was coming down and giving it the "Look over" as people do when someone gets a boat like that...Over many many years have kept in touch with Maureen on CH65 when ever around the Island.. Maureen's friendly and cheerful voice was always a very welcome reply.. On a couple of occasions when I was working as the relief sewage plant operator on the Island I used to call up to Maureen's and " Test her tea bags" and we had some wonderful times reminiscing old times and people who had come and gone from the " Bay "... wonderful memories... my sincere condolences to all of Maureen's family and I share in there sad loss..

As a muttonbirding family , Maureen´s voice has been part of our day to day life during the Titi harvesting season.
We will miss her greatly.
Our Sincerest Sympathy to her family and dearly loved friends who have supported her in the past few years.
