To the Wallis Family. My deepest sympathy to your family. I have fond memories of a young Matt (and his friends from Christ College) staying at my place at Jamestown Bay, while they enjoyed some Fiordland adventures. My thoughts & prayers are with your family at this very sad time. Charlie Paterson

Dear Alice and Family, i am so terribly sorry to hear about Matt's tragic news. We met Matt at the Agnew's in the mid 90's and instantly warmed to his positive, outgoing and can do approach to life. Although we met over 20 years ago, the tales of the Citrus cannon and the legendary events of Algeciras are still talked about and simply talks to the strength of Matt's character. With deepest condolences Hadley Dean, Angus, Trucker and Tom V
