Marion Jean (née Hollis):
Passed away on November 9, 2022 at home in Saskatoon, Canada after a long and courageous battle with cancer, supported by her husband, Steve. She was 69. Her passing is mourned by Steve, her children Kate and Daniel, their partners Nick and Shelley, and Marion's beloved grandchildren - Edmund, Quinn and Lena. Marion will also
be greatly missed by her extended family and friends
in New Zealand, Canada, and abroad. A service will be
held in Saskatoon at 3:00pm on Saturday November 19
at Hillcrest Funeral Home (10:00am Sunday November 20, NZ time). To view a live-stream of the service or share any written memories and condolences visit Marion's obituary at

Donations made to the Cancer Society of New Zealand or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated instead of flowers or gifts. Dear Steve, Kate & Nick, and Daniel & Shelley
I extend my deep sympathy in the loss of your dear Marion.
It has been many years since you left Balclutha but I fondly remember Marion for her kindness and so willing to be part of our community.
Steve you will so miss her as I do Andrew but life keeps moving on and so we do as well. It is amazing in the last few days when people saw the death notice in the paper how many times both Marion and you Steve have come up in conversation. You are both well thought of and remembered.
My words seem inadequate at this time but please know Steve you and your family are in my thoughts.
