Margaret June (June)
(nee McLaren):
Passed away peacefully with Ian by her side at home on Monday, 3 July 2017. Dearly loved wife of Ian, mother and mother-in-law of Russell and Ingrid Munro, Shona and Jon Havenaar, and Sandra and Craig Swensson. Loved and adored Nana of all her grandchildren. A service to celebrate June's life will be held at the Southland Crematorium, Rockdale Road, Invercargill, at 2.00pm on Thursday, 6 July. In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice Southland will be appreciated and can be left at the service. Messages to PO Box 1345, Invercargill.

Shona, so sorry to read of your Mums passing. Mrs Munro was a fabulous chaperone for Glendawn Marching club and a wonderful sewer. 46 years ago, she made my bridesmaids dresses. I wouldn't like to count the hours of love she put into chaperoning and sewing for the club. I have lots of fond memories of her when I was a junior and senior marcher and junior instructor.
