Paul Bolander Obituary

Paul Matthew Bolander, age 72, of Westerville, OH was welcomed home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 24th, 2025. Paul was born on December 28th, 1952 in Schenectady, NY to the late Warren and Joan (Scanlan) Bolander.
He graduated from Orange High School in Pepper Pike, OH before going on to found Systems 28, a successful fire and life safety systems company, where he worked until his retirement in 2016.
Preceded in death by brother William "Bill" Bolander, he is survived by his wife of 26 years, Sylvia; children Miranda (Shane) Heams, Carrie (Shannon) Bolander, Matthew Bolander, Lena Bolander, and Tiara (Phillip) Coultas; brothers Mark, Dan (Joan), Peter (Betsy), and Rick (Carine); sister Anne; and stepmother Patricia "Pat" Bolander. Paul is also lovingly remembered by 12 grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family plans to hold a private memorial service. It is asked that, in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the charity of your choice.
