It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Ma in the care of Hospice Southland and surrounded by the love of her whanau on Sunday, February 22, 2026; aged 56 years. Much loved partner and soulmate of Greg Hewitt, deeply loved and cherished Mum of Hunter and Ngapera, and Santana and Shanaya, loved Nanny to Ellie and Amaia. Dearly loved and treasured daughter of Andrew* and Lovey, a much loved sister of Robert, Andrew and Rayleen, and Tira, a much loved aunty and friend. Ma will be resting at Te Rau Aroha Marae, Bradshaw Street, Bluff until her service on Wednesday, February 25 at 11.00am, private cremation to follow.
