'Gone to be with Dad'
The family give our love and gratitude to Sara, and Andrea for their love, care and companionship of mum. A Requiem Mass for Madelene will be celebrated in the Church of The Blessed Sacrament, Ardwick Street, Gore, at 10.00am Saturday 6 July, then leaving for the Charlton Park Cemetery. At Madelene's request, please wear bright clothing. To view on livestream https://livestream.com/accounts72885/madelenerushton Rosary will be held Friday July 5 at 6.30 pm at 15 Charlton Road, Gore. Messages to 15 Charlton Road, Gore 9710 where Madelene is currently resting.

My condolences to the Rushton Family for the loss of Madelene, who with angel wings she took flight amongst the heavenly skies. She was an awesome lady who I some times thought as a second mom growing up as a kid. She will be dearly missed by Family and friends

To Sally, Maria and the rest of the Rushton Family, please accept my deepest sympathy and condolences on the passing of Madelene. Still have very fond memories of working with her back in the good old Tote days in the 70's & 80's. A lot of fun was had back in those days, a couple of drinks after the last race and of course the annual Xmas function. Madelene was fun to be around and can recall many happy times at race meetings with the Rushton & Forde Families of Gore. I know she will be greatly missed.
