I am so sorry to read that Lyn has died and as I am in Australia I will not be able to attend her funeral.
Lyn lived across the street from me a long time ago and would visit me often. My grandchildren liked Lyn and she liked nothing better than to see and play with them when they were at my house.
Lyn was a regular visitor to the Sallies and we would always have a chat and a laugh.
My sincere condolences to Lyn´s family. My memories of Lyn are precious.

My sincere condolences to Lynne's family. Lynne was in my Mataura Primary School class for a couple of years and Christina was in my class for the duration of primary school if my memory is correct. I met up with Lynne from time to time during my visits back to Gore over the years. She was a friendly lady, always keen for a chat and always ready with another question. A clear memory I have is the care and protection Christina demonstrated in our time at primary school. I had huge respect for her because of that. Lynne has been a loved member of the Mataura and Gore communities. Fly high Lynne. You deserve a peaceful rest. You leave a big space in your community. The community has been a better place because of you. The last time I spoke with you, you had a nice support person with you and you were having a nice life. You made me smile.
