Leora EDWARDS Obituary

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at home, surrounded by her loving whánau. Loving wife and soul mate of nearly 61 years of David* (Pana) and their children, Mihi Louise, Amua, David*, Rulon. Mokopuna Harawira, Leah-Star, Moses, RD, Roman, Wiremu, Bluu, Goldey, Rubious and Pearl. Her mokopuna tuarua, Liko, Florence; Skylah, Luna, Lily, Reko, Marine, Koda, Leilani, Oliver, and Kenai. Loved in-laws of Campbell, Geggy, Vanessa, and Star, Juliette, Andrea, Calem, Jane and Mel. Leora will lay in state at the Homestead, 15 Stuart Street, Mataura where whánau and friends are welcome to come and pay their respects. A service to celebrate Leora's life will be held at 11.30am, Monday, December 29, 2025, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 270 Main Street, Gore, followed by her interment at the Mataura Cemetery.
