Age 71, August 20, 2006 of Houghton Lake. Beloved husband of Rosemary (Kondratek) for 53 years. Loving father of Patricia (Robert) Rutkowski, Steven (Marie) Channer and Shelly (Kevin) Connell. Proud "Papa" to Brandi (Brian)Hannaford, Jenny Rutkowski, Christine Bujalski, Rob Rutkowski, Courtney (Larry) Barch, DeAnne Channer and Bradley Connell (Stacy Moore). Step-grandfather to Christina, Priscilla and Elena Channer. Great grandfather of Baylee Mynatt, Connor and Aubrey Bujalski, Alaina Hannaford, Evan Barch and Skylar Sowiecki. Step great-grandfather of Ashley, Samantha and Chase Barch. Also survived by sister Mary Lou Caruso and brother William (Emma) Channer and brothers-in-law Bernie (Louise) Kondratek and Bill Kondratek (Inez Goss). Survived by many step siblings, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents William Channer and Florence Channer-Caruso and step-father Tony Caruso. There will be no services at his request.
