I have just learned of Lance's death and wish to extend my heartfelt condolences to all his family. My late husband, Allan McLachlan, who died in January this year, and Lance were great mates when they served tgether in the NZ Police. I had some lovely converations with Lance after Allan's death.
Deepest sympathy,
Joy McLachlan
