Keith HAMMOND Obituary

Carolyn, Grant, Aaron and Logan give our heartfelt thanks to all our wonderful friends, family and neighbours who have supported us through the difficult times since Keith's passing on November 24, 2024. There are many special people we wish to thank. They have not only helped us through, but they have also honoured Keith's memory in a way that we will never forget. We have been humbled by the many cards, personal messages, the generous gifts of food, the flowers, the sharing of memories, and the hugs that say so much. A special thank you to Ross Thomson, Nicky King and the team at Frasers & Sons. We will be forever grateful for your wisdom and compassion that got us through this difficult time. Lynley McKerrow our celebrant, you are a shining star, your contribution was immense. We will always treasure the beautiful service. Thank you to all those who attended, many travelled so far. Thank you to those who rang after viewing the livestream to express their condolences. Many were moved by the video shown at the funeral reflecting Keith's life. "Born here, lived here, died here".....the music said it all. Our special thanks to Dr Ewan Adam for many years dedicated care. Keith respected and appreciated you more than words can express. He especially enjoyed your sense of humour. Thank you Lucy Pemberton, Angela and all the hard working team at Southland Hospital. For the kindness and compassion shown to our family on this journey we appreciate and thank you all. Keith's footprint was a big one in life and an even bigger one he has left behind for us to follow.

Treasured memories forever.
