Karen SKINNER Obituary

It is with great sadness on Saturday, November 16, 2024 Karen passed away unexpectedly in Dunedin Hospital; aged 63 years. A much loved partner and best friend of Graham Jones, and loved mum to Lottie (loved dog). Loved sister to Shane, loved family member of Paul, Brendon and Rachel, Carrie and Deon, Lachie*, Brayden, Callan, Kaleb, Breyah, and Danye. A service to celebrate Karen's life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street Invercargill on Thursday, November 21 at 10.00am, private cremation to follow. A Total shock to come back to work & hear of Karen´s sudden death this week after 12 days away on leave over the coast MTBiking ,
have known Karen for as long as she was with NZC Couriers , we had a very good business relationship over those years and a lot of good banter in between , my sympathies to Graham and family ,

Was absolutely shocked to hear such sad news of Karen's passing, I have known Karen for over 20 years and have followed her advice and words of wisdom over those years. You will be sadly missed Karen and my thoughts and prayers are with Graeme and family.

Very sad to hear of Karen's passing at such a young age. We worked together in the last 90s and early 2000s and she was a heap of fun. She didnt take life too serious and was the life and soul of our Post Haste Conferences.
