(nee Verhoeff):
Peacefully at home, on Sunday, October 16, 2022. Aged 67 years. Dearly loved wife of Ron. Loved Mum and mum-in-law of Jonathan, David and Rachel, Timothy, Bonnie-Joy and Nathan. Devoted Grandma of Joseph, Benjamin, Hayley, Aaron, Luke, Daniel, James, Ashley, and Caitlin. A cherished sister, sister in-law, aunty and friend to many. A service to celebrate Julia's life will be held at the Elles Road Bible Chapel, 158 Elles Road, Invercargill, on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 1.30pm, followed by an interment at Eastern Cemetery. Julia was a wonderful Sister-in-law and Aunty. She was loving, loyal and kind and she loved her saviour whom she served faithfully. She will be so missed but I'm sure we will see her soon. She loved her family dearly. Absent from the body present with the Lord. See you in heaven Julia.

Julia was the best sister-in-law anyone could ever wish for. She was a lovely Christian lady who would do anything for you. She was a great wife and mother and an excellent cook. Her roasts were to die for. She made the best afternoon teas especially her waffles! She was very helpful and extremely generous with not only finances but her time also. She was a very talented lady. We will miss her greatly but she is with her Saviour whom she loved and served faithfully!
