Judith was a stalwart Friend of Israel and a strong Christian.

She saw the connection between Judaism and Christianity and recognized that they were joined at the hip.

Her greatest desire was to see Christians re-discover their Jewish roots, re-kindle friendly relations between Jews and Christians and to see the nation of Israel succeed as a fulfilment of biblical prophecy.

She was greatly distressed by the resurgence in antisemitism that has swept the world since the horrors of October 7, 2023.

Judith was a faithful member of NZ Friends of Israel Association Inc for many decades. May her faithfulness and memory be a blessing.

Dear Family and Friends
Dear Judith was a special cousin, who visited our family in the Manawatu often with her Mother Auntie Annie , her father passed away when she was just 18 . There was often high jinks as my father
teased her and tricks were played .After Judith married the family visited during their holidays North .I still remember that big tank of an American
car coming up our driveway ( left hand drive of course).Happy memories of the family get togethers.Judith hosted us sharing her delicious cooking .Stories and laughter abounded.Plans of the next adventure shared.Judith you worked so hard.We will remember you and talk of your love of life ,your brothers, family, your homes and gardens.
Rest in peace.Love from the Johnston,Waller and Russell families.
