Judith DOYLE Obituary

Peacefully and after a long battle with Dementia, Judy passed away surrounded by family on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at Clare House in Waikiwi, Invercargill. A much loved wife and partner in life of John of 57 years, cherished mother to Lisa and Jon, and mother-in-law to Megan, much loved Grandmother to Cole, Maddy, Jax, Zara and Georgia. Special aunty to Gordy and Stef. As per Mum's wishes, a private cremation has taken place already, but we welcome you to join us at a celebration of Mum's life to be held this Saturday, April 4 at 11.00am, Ascot Park Hotel, Invercargill, in the Mararoa room where you are invited to share your memories and reconnect with old friends over morning tea. In lieu of flowers for the family, we would love it if you made a donation to Alzheimer's Society Southland Incorporated, 135 Yarrow Street, or in the cash donation box at the service to help with ongoing research and support for this devastating disease. Finally reunited now with Phylis and Alf, and much loved family members of Frank and Duke.

We know you will be looking down on us and finally free Mum. May the sun always be at your back and the warm Central Otago breeze on your face.

Condolences to the Doyle /Pay family. I first met Judith at St Peter's Sunday School and then Tweedsmuir school. Then our paths met up again when her and John got together. The years go by so very quickly. I was saddened to read that she has died. Thinking of you John Lisa and Jon. Also give my regards to David and Lorraine... It as been a long time..
