WOOD, John:Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Rowena Jackson, on Saturday, June 11, 2022, aged 74 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Carol. Loved father and father-in-law of Paul and Rachel, Kelli and Shaun McGowan, Tracy and Lindsay Shorten (Brisbane), and Lea-Anne and Peter. Loved Grandad John of Natasha and Cam, Josh and Summer, Tom and Emma; Samantha and Zoe; and Kaleb and Damien. Loved Great-Grandad of Roca. A Memorial Service to celebrate John's life will be held on Friday, June 17, 2.00pm, at J Fraser and Sons Chapel, Corner Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill. WOOD, John:
John passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 11, 2022. A much loved brother of Kathy and Phil, loved Uncle of Lisa, Carol and Steve, Kirstie and Glen, and Great-Uncle of Pierre, Rueben, Sjaan, Ocean, Hope, Nikau and Bodhi. Also loved brother of George*, Bev* and Johnny Forbes, Bruce and Zelda, Sue, Allan and Judy. Uncle and Great-Uncle to his nephews and nieces.
You don't need that wheelchair anymore John, walk, talk, boogie, play golf whenever you want.
