Marilyn I have just read of John's passing. I am so sorry for you all. Keep the good memories alive.

It was very gut wrenching when I got the news about John,our last memory will be cherished last Feb at the Copland house and the RSA ,we only get to see our cousins ever two or three years apart but usually check them out each time back into Gore,it was good to watch in from Sydney to John's send off,sadly couldn't get over on this occasion,all the best to John's team,got to send this photo of the two Johns taken at the Coplands,it's a nice one of one of the Windows !

Condolences to family on this sad occasion. I have fond memories in my youth of this family.

So pleased we were able to see you both a couple of times in recent months when you were in Kapiti. John was a great groomsman at our wedding many years ago. Sincerest condolences to the Windle family. I'm originally from Gore and used to know John very well and am friends with Windle family members. I remember John as a bloody good bloke. All the best to Marilyn and the family.
