Of Redan, peacefully at Hospice Southland on Friday, February 20, 2026, aged 93. Loving and devoted husband of Shirley, for 65 years and 10 months. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Johanna and Donald (Wyndham), Nathan and Carlyn (Redan), Kerryn and Graham (Mandeville). Adored Pop of Tom*, Phoebe and Kahurangi, Hazel; Taylor, Lachlan and Greer, great-grandfather of Pippa and Elliot. Loved brother and brother-in-law to May* and Hori* Lee, Frank* and Margaret* Stewart, Colleen* and Doug* Atkinson, Douglas and Anita* Stewart. Respected Uncle of his niece and nephews. Thank you to all the staff at Hospice Southland for their wonderful care of our Dad. A private cremation has been held. A celebration of Jack's life will be held at a later date.
