John Murray (Murray): QSM
of Mosgiel, formerly of 'Rutherglen', Waitahuna. On August 5, 2021, at Dunedin Hospital, following a courageous but gracious journey with Parkinson's; in his 82nd year. Dearly loved and loving husband of Christine, much loved father and father-in-law of Jacqui and Gary, Ailsa and Bob, Sarah and Steve, Miriam, and Steph and Mike, loving GrandPa of Jeannie, and Paolo; Reid, and Reilly; Reuben, Rosa, and Eloise; special brother and brother-in-law of Rosalyn and Graeme Smith, Marilyn* James, Gavin James and Elizabeth Wright, and Donald and Jeannie Fulton, and loved uncle of his nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service in celebration of Murray's life will be held in Simpson Park Function and Sporting Complex, Thurso Street, Lawrence, at 1.00pm on Thursday, August 12. In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Parkinson's Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service. Messages to the Rose family c/- 22 Hagart-Alexander Drive, Mosgiel 9024.
