MURRELL,John Robert (Jack):
Of Manapouri. Jack died peacefully at Rowena Jackson, Invercargill, on Monday, May 8, 2023, in his 89th year. Deeply loved husband of Klaske. Much loved father of Gilly, Rob, Alice and Ruth. Respected Grandad, step-father, great-grandfather, and cherished brother of Burton, Margaret and Bina. Former husband of Barbara Clarke and fond brother-in-law of the de Jong, Dillon, and Bawden families in Australia. A service to celebrate Jack's life will be held at the Te Anau Club, Cnr Pop Andrew Drive and Jackson Street, on Tuesday, May 16, at 1.30pm. Deepest sympathy to all the family. Great memories of family times as young people at "the House" at Manapouri.
