MULHOLLAND, John Edward:

Claire and the extended McCormick family, and Anne, would like to thank the many people who have sent cards and flowers, prepared food, and offered ongoing support since the untimely death of John. We would especially like to acknowledge the many health professionals who have been part of our lives for the past two and a half years, especially the local Maniototo team of Dr Verne Smith, Lois Martin (physio), Dale Mulholland (OT ), Sue Wilson (home help) and the caring staff of the Ranfurly Medical Centre and Maniototo Hospital. Please accept this message as a personal and sincere thank you to everyone for the kindness shown to us all.
