John LEE Obituary
John died peacefully at Dunstan Hospital on Sunday, December 21, 2025, with his family by his side. Loved husband and best friend of Mary, proud father of Rachael, Joanna and Sam, and adored grandfather of Louis, Regan, Olivia, Anton, Hana, Matthew, Archie and Heidi. John was a true pioneer, and his vision and generosity left a lasting mark on the wider Upper Clutha community. A private family farewell will be held on Wednesday. All who knew John are invited to a celebration of his life at 2.00pm at The Cardrona Distillery on Saturday, February 7, 2026. Messages to the Lee Family, 22 Stonebrook Drive, Wanaka 9305.

To Mary and all of John´s family,
It is with great sadness that we remember John and the many wonderful memories of his time at the Snow Farm, where he so generously supported our students.
John was a true legend and trailblazer, whose tireless work created opportunities for so many to enjoy and benefit from.
He will be deeply missed by you and your family, and by the wider community whose lives he touched.
