Higgie, our trip to 99 world was a very memorable one. Especially the Sultans bus. So sad to hear you´ve gone my friend. RIP

John, you made me laugh every time I saw you, what a great person, your presence filled a room. Taken too soon RIP my friend

John was a larger than life person ,never forget the initial RWC Tour in 1987 where he was a star performer, a legend has left us. RIP

John was a good friend over a long period, from days playing at the Dunedin R F C in the 70s and 80s. He was a character and entertainer, with a favourite greeting each time he ran in to me - an impersonation of Mr MaGoo (which happened to be one of my nicknames). I couldn't help but give a rendition back to him each time! Condolences to your family, RIP Higgo.
