GORTON, John Lewis:
03.09.1933 - 08.10.2018
John slipped away peacefully in the early hours of Monday morning at Southland Hospital. Much loved husband of the late Joan, father of Alison, and John, the late Wendy, and Christine. Dearly loved grandfather of Danielle, Stephanie, Jason and Toni. Deep appreciation to the wonderful staff on surgical ward for looking after John and keeping him comfortable in his final days. A service to celebrate John's life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox St, Invercargill, on Friday, October 12, at 11.00am, followed by a private cremation. Message to 17 Filleul St, Gladstone, Invercargill 9810.
