Hugh, Karen, Alison, David and families wish to thank their many relatives and friends for their support and kindness and expressions of sympathy shown by cards, flowers, baking, visits and phone calls, and those who attended John's graveside service at Fortrose. A special thank you to Heather and Graham Stephen from Southern Funeral Home. Thanks to the staff of the Surgical Ward at Southland Hospital for their care and support of John, and to the Fortrose Cemetery Trust and also the Fortrose Cafe and Restaurant.
